In my work as a personal trainer, I have trained many different types of athletes, and my favorite one is the athlete who wants to be as healthy as possible. For me, one of the most important tips to follow when you want to be healthy and athletic is the practice of being able to self-reflect.

The main difference in each program is that I don’t have to guess what I want to be when I grow up. I just want to be healthy, fit, and happy.
