You can’t get through a full day of work without taking a break. For most of us, that break is a couple of hours of sleep. Even if you are at the office for hours on end during the day, you need that break to let your brain and body recharge.

As I mentioned, that recharge is key to achieving and maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle. It also plays a big part in our overall health. This is because our brains are very active while we’re asleep, and our bodies are active during our waking hours, too. A person with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or high blood sugar is more likely to experience a heart attack, stroke, or diabetes as an adult, because of the stress they put on their bodies while asleep.

A study by Harvard Medical School found that people who had high levels of a certain type of stress were more likely to die of all sorts of causes. They also found that stress affects brain activity. For instance, when a person is stressed, his brain releases a hormone called cortisol. This causes the body to be more active.

One of the most common causes of heart disease is high cholesterol, so it’s not a surprise that you’re more likely to suffer from heart disease in the long run if you have high cholesterol because your body is getting more stress from high cholesterol. Because of this, it might be smart to lower your cholesterol. If you want to lower it, you can do so through a number of ways. One of the simplest ways is to eat healthier.

Eating healthier can be a bit of a challenge since you have to put on weight. There are a number of ways to eat healthier. They include eating fruits, vegetables, and low-fat dairy, and eliminating processed foods. Well, my guess is that if you don’t exercise regularly and eat a variety of different foods you will get fat. But that doesn’t mean you should eat that way. Instead, you should eat your favorite foods, make food a part of your lifestyle, and make eating healthy a habit.
