
The first thing to realize about being healthy and being able to do your best is that no one else can do it for you. We have to take care of ourselves. Being healthy is about getting enough protein in your daily diet, staying well-hydrated, getting enough sleep, maintaining a good blood pressure, and taking care of your body. The first is probably the most important one, because you can only take care of yourself so long before you become dependent on others. If you don’t have a good relationship with your body, you will never be able to take care of it.
