I am always amazed at how easy it is to get stuck in a rut. It is something that often seems insurmountable but in the end, it is all about the power of choice. When you think about the benefits of a healthier lifestyle, the most obvious one is that it will make you feel better. The other is that it will make you more productive.

If you’re like me, you tend to start off by putting on a pair of headphones and listening to the latest Spotify playlist. The only problem is that the sound really sucks. It doesn’t even have the right mix of bass.

Well, if you think about it, the only reason why Spotify sucks is because the artists dont care about the sound quality. They only care about making money off of the music. Thats why they dont care about sound quality, they only care about making money.
