This week I shared a quote from an article that talked about the power of the mind and how the brain can be changed to enable and help us grow. We’re all capable of making our own decisions, and when it comes to behavioral health, self-awareness is critical to the process.

So much has been written about behavioral health, but less is known about how the brain changes as we get older. So I thought I would share a few more details about behavioral health, and perhaps some ways to self-heal.

Behavioral health is a term that refers to the health of people that has to do with physical fitness and health, but most importantly, mental health and wellness. In the last few years there has been a lot of research on the brain and the way the brain changes as we grow. This is an area that is important to us, because it is something we have an interest in, and also because it is something that can affect mental health.

Mental health and wellness are often described as a continuum. A person’s mental health is determined by their ability to respond to stress and their ability to recover from stress. The brain’s response to stress can also affect the way a person responds to stress, and that can be beneficial or harmful. Some people, for instance, respond well to it, while others suffer from it. With that in mind, there are different types of behavioral health.

There are two types of behavioral health. The first are called: “engagement health.” The other type are called: “sustained health.

Engagement health is the ability to respond appropriately to stress. It can help people learn more effectively, which is good for learning. Sustained health is the ability to recover from stress.
