I have yet to find a healthy diet that fits all of my dietary needs but I can see where it would be helpful. If I eat a low glycemic diet while exercising, I can easily shed excess weight but I am not sure if eating a lot of carbs will help me lose body fat or just help me feel better overall.
The good news is this. Yes, I do have a tendency to eat too much, but I haven’t been able to keep it up for very long. I am eating more and more veggies and fruits. I am making more salads (and getting a bigger one) and I am drinking more water. The good news is that I am not gaining weight or gaining too much fat. I am just getting fatter.

The more you eat and drink, the more you will gain weight. Some people have noticed a similar trend in their diet and are trying to lose some of the weight but, like I said, like most people, they can’t keep it up. My challenge to myself is to make the most of the food in my kitchen, without overeating it.
The point is that the best strategy for weight loss is to eat as much as you want, and then stop. Like I said, I used to be an athlete, so I can tell you that your body will do what your brain tells it to do and that is to make you gain weight. I also know that it is very hard to lose weight when you are eating as much as you want.

I have to be honest with you, I have never been athletic. I was a gymnastics coach for a few years and I was a coach at a very young age myself, but I was never athletic. I am, however, a member of the bodybuilders’ and fitness community, so I know that athletes have a very different body composition than most people. What I am looking at when I speak to you is how much the body makes me gain weight.
You may be thinking that I am using the word “gain” in a really negative way, but that’s not what I mean. I am talking about how much your body is filling up with fat. If you were to eat a meal and not gain it back, you would be eating less than you would if you ate the same thing. Your body will fill up with fat to make you gain weight.
I believe that you can easily lose weight by losing the weight in your belly. The problem is that this is a very slow process, and the sooner you lose the weight the better, so I think you should focus on losing the belly.
I’m not sure it’s just belly fat that you are losing. The problem is that your body is trying to get rid of fat in other places, like your gut. If you have a high level of abdominal fat, that is most likely telling you that you have some other problem. The good news is that you can easily lose weight by eating less. The bad news is that this is a very slow process.
