I feel a certain responsibility when I do something, whether it is exercising, eating healthier, or even just keeping myself from being too overweight. If I notice signs of digestive health issues, I usually do a little research and find out what is causing it. Then, I work with a professional to help me manage.

If I’m having digestive issues, I usually go to a professional, Dr. Pianca, to get a diagnosis and go from there. Dr. Pianca is a generalist who is happy to work with people of any age and any body composition. If you have a low digestive system, you might have to make a few adjustments to your diet and lifestyle, but if you’re doing just fine, this can be the right first step.

Is there such a thing as a “sinkable” gut? I’ve been fighting a bad case of celiac disease for years, and I’ll tell you that I have been eating a lot of gluten, dairy, and refined sugar. The good news is that by eating a lot of these foods, you can reduce your symptoms and stop having digestive issues altogether.

If you have celiac disease, it turns out that you might be able to eat gluten-free. As the name implies, gluten is a protein found in wheat, rye, and barley. It is the single most important food in your digestive system. Gluten is broken down into smaller pieces that act like a glue to keep gut lining cells together.

The problem with this is that if you eat too much of it, you can stop having a digestive system. When you eat too much of gluten, you might find yourself throwing up, having diarrhea, and feeling like your guts are out of control. You might also find that you can’t eat certain foods, such as citrus fruits, and that you start to feel like you’ve turned into a rat.

Gluten sensitivity is a relatively rare condition. Even so, many people with this sensitivity find that their GI tract does not work as well as it used to. The good news is that gluten sensitivity can often be treated. People with this condition can be treated with a gluten-free diet and a low-carbohydrate diet. With these therapies, it is possible to get all of the symptoms of gluten sensitivity gone.

I see where this is going and am glad to see this information out there. People with gluten sensitivity often feel like they have to try and force food down their throats in order to eat it. This is an example of a person with gluten sensitivity who is able to manage their GI tract to function without the need for that foods.

This is exactly what the gut is for. It is a system that helps us process all the food we eat, and it is an excellent example of a system that is designed to take care of us. If you feel like that you can be sure that the gut is doing a great job of taking care of you.

If you are someone with a gluten sensitivity, it is not necessarily that your body won’t be able to process the gluten, but rather that you will continue to experience GI distress that you cannot control.
