We are grateful for their support, and we hope that we have helped you learn about healthy eating and healthful living in the Chiricahua Community. This event was part of the 2017 Chiricahua Health Summit.
The panel was hosted by two Chiricahua Community Health members who we thank for their incredible insight and knowledge. They were Dr. Maryann Smith, Chair of the Chiricahua Health Council, and Dr. Dan Williams, a Chiricahua Health member. In the past, there have been two Chiricahua Health Summit events. The first was in the fall of 2016. It was hosted by two Chiricahua Health members. This year, we are looking forward to this new Chiricahua Summit in Houston Texas, on June 19-21, 2017. This time, we want to bring even more information to you about the health of the Chiricahua Community.
This new summit is called the Health Summit. We will be hosting a Health Summit every year in Houston, Texas, until 2022. It will bring together the Chiricahua Health members to discuss health topics and plan ahead for the future.

According to research, the Chiricahua Community had the second highest level of stress in our study. People in the community were concerned with the health of their communities and the well being of their neighbors. The stress levels of the Chiricahua Community were more than double the average, even compared to the United States average.
There are a number of ways to measure stress, but you could do a stress test, and that is more accurate when you are more experienced. While the study used the Stanford University Medical Stress Test, I would personally prefer to use the Stanford University Self-Assessment Inventory. This measures the intensity of your feelings about yourself and your life. While this takes a lot longer to complete, it is a much better measure of how your emotions affect your health.
The Stanford test is a simple questionnaire that measures how you feel about yourself, your family, your relationships, your work, your goals, and so on. It’s a great way to make some general observations about yourself. The only problem with the Stanford test is that it is not a self-assessment. Instead, it compares how you feel before you take it.
