Mental health is a tough subject. It is something that is often stigmatized and over emphasized. Because of this it is easy to dismiss anyone’s mental health issues as an excuse for bad behavior. This is why I always try to educate people on the subject and encourage them to talk openly about their mental health issues.
Yes, talking about mental health is something that is necessary, but in a world of constant harassment, it can be a very intimidating topic to discuss. To help people to open up about their mental health issues, I created a list of resources that I think will be helpful to those who need assistance. In the first list is the “Tips and Tricks” section that I created specifically for anyone who wants to talk about their mental health issues with others.
The second list is the mental health section of the site that I created specifically for those who want to talk with others in regards to mental health. It is a safe place to talk openly about your mental health issues and find others who have experienced similar issues.
